About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategy that solves complex business challenges and addresses the needs of stakeholders across various functions, to drive incremental growth as a key contributor.
• Suggest a clear picture of what it means to drive incremental growth and ensure alignment with that picture.
• Drive the development of company-wide opportunities such as evaluating new market and product opportunities to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive responses to ad-hoc data and research requests, answering questions, and providing technical support and analysis to senior leaders.
• Drive data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making through insights and market trends.
• Drive strategic analysis, defining ways to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
• 5 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
• Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
• Proficiency in Statistical Analysis.
• Proficiency in Storytelling and presentation.
• Proficiency in Marketing analysis.
• Proficiency in Data judgment.
• Proficiency in Technical acumen.
• Proficiency in Project management.
• Proficiency in Industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in Experimental design.
• Proficiency in Business operations knowledge.
• Proficiency in Dashboarding and presentation.
• Proficiency in Consultative skills.
