Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data and perform statistical and numerical analysis to understand customer needs, identify revenue generation opportunities, and support marketing and improvement plans.
  • Analyze, document, and maintain files of customer, project, and campaign information including goals and results.
  • Access customer systems to produce reports supporting principal level employees and leaders.
  • Complete projects as assigned by principal level employees and leaders.
  • Provide guidance, expertise, and participate in the training of internal and external (vendor) staff.
  • Use continuous improvement tools to identify defects and improve processes.
  • Prepare internal and external presentations.
  • Design, develop, and/or implement and manage marketing programs and strategies to support specific products, services, or market sectors.
  • Work closely with technical teams and/or vendors to develop marketing strategies and programs, leveraging customer databases.
  • Oversee Call Center operations, monitor, train, and provide feedback to call center personnel.
  • Develop inbound call forecasts and track call statistics.
  • Provide guidance and participate in training of internal and external vendor staff.
  • May require FERC gas training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, market research, market/business planning, project/program management, or forecasting.
  • Experience in call center operations and HPP programs and services (for Vendor Services Consultant role).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and recommend solutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with at least 3+ years of experience.
  • Flexibility to work with shifting priorities and embrace new responsibilities.
  • Initiative to develop new ideas and challenge existing practices.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement processes focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in customer service training or coaching roles, preferably in a call center or service environment.

  • Proven ability to conduct effective one-on-one coaching sessions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices and quality standards.
  • Experience creating and implementing call scripts or customer interaction guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy to support team growth.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance tools and performance metrics.
  • Ability to tailor coaching styles to individual learning needs.
  • Experience delivering training programs or workshops in-person and virtually.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 3+ years in relevant fields such as data analysis, market research, project management, or call center operations.
