About the Role

This position is part of the global marketing and communications team, focusing on data quality management and analytics. The role involves supporting marketing operations through data hygiene, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the company's digital innovation and business goals. The work location is remote, and the internship offers professional development, networking, and exposure to various organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support ongoing contact data hygiene initiatives, including identifying, prioritizing, and cleaning outdated or incomplete records.
Assist in the prioritization of datasets for cleanup based on business impact, usage frequency, and data quality metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment with marketing campaign goals.
Help develop and maintain dashboards or reports that track data quality improvements and trends.
Conduct audits to identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
Document processes and contribute to the development of best practices for data governance within the marketing function.

Requirements

Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
Currently enrolled in, or pursuing, an MBA or MA/MS Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or Related Major from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience.
Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Prior internship experience or completed major project related to marketing or data analysis.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Enrollment in or pursuit of an MBA or MA/MS Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
Prior internship experience or major project (preferred).
Authorization to work in the U.S.
