Key Responsibilities

  • Audit the current GA4, UA and Floodlight tags and begin mapping out a tagging structure to ensure it is optimized, consistent and collecting data correctly.
  • GTM job duties include account set up, tracking goal conversions and event tracking, cross domain tracking, tag testing and debugging GTM issues.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and implementation of best in class tagging architecture to ensure data is collected accurately for long term success.
  • Lead the initiatives for configuring and maintenance of tagging requirements within the consent management platform for several brands.
  • Aid with GA4 implementation audits, data discrepancies and integrations with other systems.
  • Build visualizations in Tableau and Looker Studio leveraging Google Analytics as a source of data.
  • Identify GA4 features and settings best suited to answer some of the most pressing business questions.
  • Implement server side and 3rd party client-side tags for Google Ads, Meta, Call Tracking, SA360, TikTok etc. media platforms.
  • Implement Conversions API tracking for social media platforms.
  • Maintain the integrity of data and processes in OneTrust.
  • Implement CCPA, CPRA and other regulatory and compliance tags for the websites to ensure compliance.
  • Support the team with OneTrust assessments.
  • Provide hands-on support using OneTrust for Policy & Notice Management and Data Subject Requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Create reusable datasets for analysis and maintain reports to track KPIs and trends.
  • Provide clean data sets to end users and model data to empower self-service analysis.
  • Build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights into business performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology or Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Tag management expert or similar role.
  • 1 year of experience in Cookie Compliance banner implementation, Consent Management and DSAR.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience as an OneTrust administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Tag Management systems and Consent management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with various cross functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Entrepreneurial and nimble, takes ownership and drives forward amidst ambiguity while also building relationships and alignment.
  • Desire to be part of a growth-oriented team and culture.
  • Accountable for workload and performance.
  • OneTrust certified Expert (preferred).

  • OneTrust certified Expert (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in tag management or similar roles.
  • Experience with Cookie Compliance banners, Consent Management, and DSAR.
  • Hands-on experience as an OneTrust administrator.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and web analytics tools.
