Your role will require you to directly work with clients to bring ideas and innovation to life, building customer relationships and digital marketing, ecommerce, and omni-channel solutions. You will aid our clients to transform their marketing organizations by strategizing, designing, developing, and implementing operating models and organizational structures that enable value delivery and change in marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new operating models and organizational structures for clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance within and across marketing organizations to unlock value and meet business outcomes.
  • Lead teams to deliver value through developing and updating operating models, marketing processes, change management, training, and communication plans, and support the rollout of transformational changes.
  • Gather and analyze information from clients to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations, and create roadmaps and organizational strategies to deliver these improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity within clients' marketing organizations and lead teams to define detailed plans including people, process, and technology improvements.
  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand, and campaign operations to develop and implement plans and approaches.
  • Engage with leadership-level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to enhance their ability to meet business objectives.
  • Support new business opportunities through participation in pitches and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to deliver holistic transformation solutions such as brand, creative, and marketing strategy.
  • Support and participate in thought leadership initiatives for marketing challenges, including Agile Marketing, to help clients operate in new ways.
  • Lead activation engagements to enable clients to operate in agile rhythms and maximize experience platforms such as Adobe.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing/marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, and/or data-driven marketing for B2C, B2B, or B2B2C organizations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience consulting as a marketing strategist.
