About the Role

A well-established food company in City of Industry is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing/Social Media Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. The role involves managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, developing creative ideas, and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote store events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Manage local social media and digital marketing campaigns, focusing on engaging Millennial and Gen Z customers
Develop and maintain relationships with local media and influencers to promote store events and initiatives
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Liaise with key account customers to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field; with at least 2 years of experience in marketing
Solid social media marketing experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
