Marketing, Asset and Records Management Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve records retention policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for records retention.
• Manage the lifecycle of records, including distribution, maintenance, and disposal.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure records are accurately maintained and securely stored.
• Train and support staff on records and asset management best practices.
• Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets.
• Maintain a digital asset management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of marketing materials.
• Identify brand inconsistency across all marketing materials and assets.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of records and asset management programs.
• Work independently with limited supervision and handle complex problems.
• Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain effective and professional interactions with others to achieve company goals.
• Uphold company quality standards.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing across various levels of the global organization and with external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in library or computer science, digital arts, marketing, business or equivalent experience.
• 2-4+ years relevant experience with data and record management.
• Data-driven with a high degree of attention to detail and passionate about measuring success.
• Understanding of data structures as it applies to different types of objects preferred.
• Experience as part of a record retention team and research methods preferred.
