Job Description

About the Role

Kemin's corporate marketing team is seeking a temporary Marketing CRM Coordinator. In this role, you will support the various business units by compiling their competitive and product data and then inputting it into an internal system for easier access by teams. The role is focused most on data inputs related to market, customer and competitor information. This position will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about our industries, markets, and products. The position is onsite at our Des Moines, Iowa location and is ideal for full-time summer availability with potential continuation into fall working full- or part-time. Kemin is a global ingredient manufacturer dedicated to using applied science to improve quality of life, with operations in over 90 countries and a history dating back to 1961.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organized submitted information
  • Upload documents and graphics
  • Accurately enter data into our in-house CRM

Requirements

  • Intermediate PC knowledge with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Power BI
  • Ability to compile complex information
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional demeanor while working under pressure
  • Reliable, flexible, and well-organized self-starter
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect intellectual property
  • A post-offer background check and drug screen are required

Qualifications
