About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant on the Marketing Audience Operations Team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing Services team members and Marketing partners to support the build and delivery of customer audiences across all marketing channels. You will translate marketing strategy and campaign measurement test plans into technical requirements to successfully build marketing audiences using platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager and Pega, as well as analytical tools like SAS, SQL, and Unica. The team consists of technical data experts who consult on strategic planning and execute complex processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery and development of marketing business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Wells Fargo
  • Develop, test, analyze and implement strategies to achieve the financial objectives relevant to marketing strategies
  • Work closely with cross functional teams within the marketing lifecycle (Tech, Product, Risk, Operations) to drive impact on a given product, problem, or initiative
  • Provide strong relationship management with internal Marketing and partners across Wells Fargo
  • Develop technical requirements & targeting builds (audience lists/conversations) for multi-channel campaigns from Planning to Delivery
  • Accurately manage campaign lifecycle workflow tasks to meet campaign target dates
  • Ensure workflows are built using Standard Practices and optimized for automation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to identify, define, execute, and analyze complex marketing audience initiatives
  • Build and maintain necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and business functionality, while complying with privacy and security policies
  • Utilize multiple databases and tools to support the design of complex marketing audience campaigns across various distribution channels

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, PEGA, and Unica preferred
  • Strong technical and/or database management experience manipulating data for analytic purposes utilizing SQL, SAS, and relationship databases such as Oracle, Teradata, Aprimo, Unica IBM or equivalent
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills based on analytics
  • Experience in lead/contact list generation and management
  • Familiarity with consumer loan products and financial services
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships for complex direct marketing initiatives
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity dealing with credit and operational problems
  • Highly refined verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership experience in consulting, collaborating, and influencing within matrixed organizations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Ability to ensure adherence to privacy, security, legal, compliance, and business policies and regulations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, PEGA and Unica preferred
