Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Demand Generation and Revenue Operations teams to develop and manage outbound marketing, lead nurturing, and landing page programs.
• Create, deploy, track, and adjust marketing programs based on results reporting and analysis.
• Develop and manage lead nurturing and campaign management processes.
• Execute technical tasks for email campaigns, including blast and trigger programs such as welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell, and upgrade programs.
• Build campaigns and lead-nurturing programs using marketing automation tools.
• Create and update emails and online forms.
• Set up and execute tactical tasks related to landing pages, email campaigns, and lead scoring rules.
• Test campaigns across browsers and web configurations.
• Ensure data flows correctly through the marketing automation platform, maintaining accurate segmentation and data sharing with sales.
• Configure A/B testing strategies and analyze results to improve campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data by segment, company, and other market slices, and implement improvements.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Develop and deliver analytics and reporting views.
• Create guidelines and best practices for sales, marketing, and client services teams.
• Support webinar setup and technical execution using On24, including managing speakers, troubleshooting, and exporting attendee data.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and support a large marketing department with 30 employees, handling support tickets efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and communications, including B2B.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Marketo experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of On24 experience for webinars.

• Experience marketing SaaS (Service-as-a-Software) solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with marketing persona, market segmentation, and social media.
• Marketo Certified Expert.
• SAS background.
• Technology-savvy self-starter comfortable working at the intersection of sales, marketing, and client services.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Pay: $65/hr.
• Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).
• Length: Temporary position for 6 months.
