Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing automation strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that set the short and long-term vision for every stage of the customer lifecycle, including creating a strategy and roadmap.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and targeted automation workflows, influencing email design and content.
• Ensure marketing data accuracy and compliance with privacy laws, data management policies, and email marketing regulations.
• Implement tracking parameters on all email sends and develop A/B testing plans to optimize campaign performance.
• Maintain marketing automation integration with account data and assist in integrating additional modules and platforms to improve automation strategies.
• Leverage web analytics tools and marketing data to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, and ROI, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay current with marketing automation trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously enhance automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation for marketing automation processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools.

Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platform is required.
• Strong experience building and deploying emails using HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation industry standards, including data privacy and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations.
• HubSpot Certification preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in setting up automated campaigns using HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience in implementing web tracking technologies.
• Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of APIs, data mapping, processing, and database architecture.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in marketing automation.
