Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage marketing automation processes, including lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, email marketing, and workflows.
• Coordinate the creation and management of marketing segments and lists to target specific customer groups that support the company's marketing goals.
• Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and events.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Work with the creative team to develop engaging marketing content, including email templates and landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to educate product/service teams on managing leads, contacts, and accounts within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Coordinate, plan, and manage marketing events and webinars with business teams.
• Work with the Dynamics 365 team to configure and customize Marketing modules to meet business needs.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Ensure seamless integration between the marketing automation platform and Dynamics 365 CRM system to facilitate data synchronization and streamline lead management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proven experience using Microsoft's Power Platform for automation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to marketing campaigns and processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other marketing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing certifications.
• Experience managing marketing projects and campaigns.
• Experience with Power Platform beyond automation, such as creating visualizations.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
