Key Responsibilities

  • Admin Support: Fixing lead routing or technical issues for sales teams and identifying errors in the platform.
  • Governance Oversight: Ensuring best practices, efficiency, and high-quality cadence practices.
  • Run Content Committees: Schedule and collaborate with content committees to build relevant cadences for AEs, maintain the library, and optimize content as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with BDR outreach technology admin to ensure alignment with strategies within tools.
  • Proactively Optimize: Research opportunities to develop and improve technology use, campaigns, or training gaps.
  • Drive Innovation: Research, test, and survey teammates to build processes and encourage AI technology adoption.
  • Project Manage: Schedule regular meetings with key owners to ensure adoption of Salesloft.
  • Analyze & Report: Provide monthly reporting in PowerPoint on cadence performance to guide optimization decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years working with sales or marketing technology (such as Salesloft, Salesforce, UserGems, 6Sense, Asana, etc.).
  • Experience working within an enterprise-level company, coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of creating and using Salesforce Reports.
  • Expertise in demand generation processes and strategy.
  • Experience creating reports and analytics to drive accountability with technology adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and concepts.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes, manage deadlines, and handle pressure.
  • Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with senior executives.
  • Ability to learn and synthesize new information quickly.
  • Proactive thinking, influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills across business functions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI technology and innovation in marketing or sales processes.
  • Experience with outreach and cadence management tools like Salesloft.
  • Knowledge of demand generation strategies.
