About the Role

The Marketing Automation Manager will leverage HubSpot expertise to drive lead generation, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the company's digital CRM capabilities. This role involves managing marketing automation, improving processes, and supporting transformational change to achieve strategic growth goals at Insight Global. The position offers an opportunity to play a key role during a period of platform integration and marketing acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage HubSpot's full capabilities through feature enhancements and integrations.
  • Create custom modules, templates, forms, workflows, lead scoring, and audience segmentation to drive lead nurture and acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee data integrity through data import management, data validation rules, data cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for users.
  • Manage and optimize the website chat experience, proactively driving improvements to increase conversion.
  • Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation.
  • Share knowledge and best practices, carrying out training for existing and new users.
  • Monitor the deal pipeline to identify opportunities and ensure smooth transitions through the sales funnel.
  • Design and execute email and other digital marketing campaigns in partnership with other marketing leads.
  • Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across different channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign Manager, Inside Sales, and Field Teams to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Email Marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective email strategies.
  • Support marketing events and manage logistical aspects, along with other operational duties.
  • Create and share reports detailing marketing campaign performance, lead acquisition, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to review, recommend, and implement best practice processes within HubSpot.
  • Act as the point of contact for sales and marketing colleagues, providing guidance and coaching on HubSpot.
  • Measure and optimize HubSpot campaigns, proactively monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on segmentation, measure results, and optimize workflows to convert leads into customers.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant, particularly with the Marketing, Sales, and Service platform and its features.
  • Understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
  • Experience in analyzing and presenting data to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
  • Confidence to delve into business requirements and make recommendations to senior stakeholders and Directors.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Curiosity to develop a strong knowledge of customers, business, and services.
  • Tenacity to ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving with attention to detail and a big picture perspective.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven HubSpot proficiency.
  • Experience with digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Operations Hub.
  • Experience with Google Analytics - GA4.
  • HubSpot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Certifications (Highly preferred).

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
