Key Responsibilities

Admin Support: Fixing lead routing or technical issues for sales teams and identifying errors in the platform.
Governance Oversight: Ensuring best practices, efficiency, and high-quality cadence practices.
Run Content Committees: Schedule and collaborate with content committees to build relevant cadences for AEs' business needs, and maintain the library, including writing, editing, or optimizing content.
Collaboration: Work closely with BDR outreach technology admin to ensure alignment with strategies within tools.
Proactively Optimize: Research opportunities to develop and improve technology, campaigns, or training gaps.
Drive Innovation: Research, test, and survey teammates to build processes and encourage adoption of AI technology.
Project Manage: Schedule regular meetings with key owners to ensure adoption of Salesloft.
Analyze & Report: Provide monthly reporting in PowerPoint of best/worst cadences to inform optimization or archiving decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years working with sales or marketing technology (such as Salesloft, Salesforce, UserGems, 6Sense, Asana, etc.).
Experience working within an enterprise-level company, coordinating, collaborating, and prioritizing a large number of stakeholders.
Understanding of using and creating Salesforce Reports.
Expertise in demand generation processes and strategy.
Experience creating reports and analytics to drive accountability with technology adoption.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and concepts.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes, manage deadline pressure, and change effectively.
Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with senior executives.
Ability to learn and synthesize new information quickly.
Proactive thinking, acting ahead, and executing on critical tasks without prompting.
Good influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills across business functions.

Nice to Have

Experience with demand generation strategies.
Experience with AI technology adoption.
Experience managing outreach tools like Salesloft and Salesloft adoption.
