About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and streamline our marketing efforts through cutting-edge automation tools and processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows to enhance campaign efficiency and performance. The position requires technical expertise in automation platforms, a strong understanding of marketing processes, and the ability to analyze and act on campaign data. Your work will play a key role in driving personalized customer engagement, improving lead generation, and growing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and Manage Automation Tools: Configure, integrate, and administer marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua to support campaigns effectively.
  • Develop Automation Workflows: Design and maintain workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM integrations, and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze Campaign Data: Track and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Personalized Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, data-driven content to defined audience segments.
  • Optimize Lead Scoring Models: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead scoring processes and improve sales alignment.
  • Enhance Customer Journeys: Map and improve customer journeys by leveraging automation tools to deliver engaging, relevant content.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content creators, designers, and digital marketing teams to align automation strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure CRM and automation platforms are updated with accurate and compliant data to streamline workflows and regulatory compliance.
  • Support Campaign Launches: Troubleshoot technical issues related to automation and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Research and recommend new automation tools, technologies, and strategies to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or MS Dynamics for integrations and workflows.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI) to assess campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development for email templates is a plus.
  • Ability to create segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other marketing compliance regulations is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo).
  • Experience with advanced AI-driven marketing tools or predictive personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI applications in marketing automation.
