Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help scale marketing efforts for the Digital Learning CRM system.
  • Design, deliver, and implement prospective Digital Learning communications using automation products and integrations.
  • Work closely with key partners to understand business processes and how automation tools can streamline them.
  • Manage the QA process for communications to ensure brand standards and quality control.
  • Champion digital engagement efforts including email, SMS, ringless voicemail, dialer campaigns, chatbots, and digital remarketing.
  • Build and send marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design and manage customer journeys with segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Create, optimize, and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates and conducting A/B testing.
  • Ensure high deliverability and engagement rates for campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain data rules, relationships, and populations across shared Slate instances.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and conversion metrics.
  • Assist in developing a framework for managing and reviewing marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and reporting.
  • Support team members with marketing automation tools and best practices.
  • Create synergies with internal teams and external partners to foster relationship development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, marketing, information sciences, or data architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or higher education (recruitment, admissions, enrollment, student services, or student success experience preferred).
  • Experience in building audience-focused communications and omni-channel marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with Slate or similar higher education CRM systems.
  • Ability to design and manage marketing automation campaigns including email, SMS, and other digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in email marketing and omni-channel marketing.
  • Higher education experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment, or student success communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or higher education.
