Marketing Campaign Administrator - Ohio Valley

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
• Maintains and updates the customer database within the casino management system (CMS).
• Executes offers for campaigns and pushes them to the customer database for distribution.
• Assists with managing marketing reinvestment strategy for CRM campaign programs.
• Assists with managing database marketing requests and fulfillment of trackable offer campaigns related to advertising, events, promotions, entertainment, and sponsorships through all direct response marketing mediums.
• Verifies offers and ensures accuracy for market distribution.
• Creates and analyzes reports, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Works with creative team to develop marketing collateral for campaigns.
• Serves as liaison between CRM and Marketing Operations departments to ensure campaign and offer accuracy.
• Assists with creation, management, and execution of CRM campaign events.
• Ensures CRM marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Tracks expenses related to CRM marketing programs and supports compliance with departmental budgets.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses issues, and makes recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
• Manages relationships with outside vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective campaign production.
• Ensures data integrity of the customer database and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) in Marketing, Finance, or related field; or one to two years' experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, and social media; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of marketing campaign and/or database experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of customer retention, product, and marketing acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and client interface skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Email Service Providers.
• Advanced experience with relational databases and SQL programming.
• Experience with campaign management tools preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems and processes (email, SMS, onsite messaging, push notifications, etc.).
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to interact diplomatically and tactfully with guests, staff, and colleagues.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret data visualizations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and be proactive.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and a variety of campaign management tools.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (A.A.) in Marketing, Finance, or related field
• One to two years' experience in communication channels and marketing campaigns
