About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing activities of agents by providing training and troubleshooting on marketing systems and tools, including CRM, Marketing Toolkit, social media, and agent websites.
• Provide ideas, guidance, and support for local marketing activities and educate agents on best practices and guidelines.
• Help agents plan marketing activities, answer questions about marketing programs and systems, and provide up-to-date information on campaigns and initiatives.
• Build relationships with assigned agents, marketing peers, and field leadership to support the agency force and achieve company goals.
• Establish goals with agents, evaluate the results and effectiveness of marketing activities, and make personalized recommendations for their local market.
• Serve as a marketing resource in the field by providing feedback and ideas to Marketing Services leadership on programs, initiatives, and agent needs.
• Present and train on marketing topics and systems at the agency and state level.

Requirements

• Have a college degree or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or the insurance industry.
• Be organized and able to multitask effectively to support approximately 80 agents.
• Be a quick learner and tech-savvy to quickly adapt to various marketing programs, tools, and systems.
• Possess good communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills to work effectively with agents and field leadership.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or insurance preferred.
