Marketing Commerce Design (MCD) Year-Round Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support brands across all omni-channel touchpoints, portals, and databases.
• Assist with program development and work with agency partners to align plans with brand and retailer objectives.
• Explore the digital ecosystem, including content management, online visibility (search), and commerce marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a digital presence.
• Perform assigned tasks related to digital marketing and commerce initiatives.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or graduate degree program at an accredited university with at least one year of school remaining.
• Students seeking a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or Agriculture-related fields preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and internet usage.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work part-time (20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
• Must work in person at the Springdale, AR headquarters and live within 60 miles of the location.

Nice to Have

• Previous business work experience.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or Agriculture-related fields.
