The Marketing Communications Rep will be responsible for building customer interest, awareness, and advocacy for the company's portfolio of products and solutions, working in a hybrid setting from Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Create/edit/activate messaging: Craft curious, thought-provoking, and emotional stories based on the target audience (blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, infographics, social, etc.).
Project Management: Track activity, both internally and with outside vendors, for adherence to brand standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Monitor metrics: Facilitate regular reporting to measure, analyze and adjust content for maximum business impact.
Support sales enablement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Nice to Have

1+ years of experience with creative marketing tools, software programs and marketing automation platforms.
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Working knowledge of Canva Design Software.
Content development and project management skills.
Understanding of marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing.
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in the industrial automation environment.
