Marketing Communications Rep

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• A strong individual contributor on a global team in a large matrixed organization.
• Provide resources, training, and assistance for tools/software.
• Review, edit, and activate content in systems such as blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, infographics, and social media.
• Help manage deliverables and activities by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and outside agencies, coordinating activities, and tracking progress.
• Track activity for adherence to brand standards, deadlines, and budgets.
• Provide Canva design support for social media graphics.
• Support sales enablement activities.
• Facilitate regular reporting to measure, analyze, and adjust content for maximum business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Ability to manage projects with a variety of stakeholders
• Understanding of marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing requests and priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience with creative marketing tools, software programs, and marketing automation platforms
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the industrial automation environment
