About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital sales and radio sales to meet sales targets.
• Identify and create solutions to help local and national businesses thrive.
• Prospect, set appointments, and develop strong relationships with customers.
• Manage time effectively to maximize results.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations in live settings.
• Travel to client and prospect locations to support accounts.
• Follow up on all self-generated and company-generated contacts in an organized manner.
• Regularly meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare for and attend weekly 1:1 and sales meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, promotions, and on-air teams.

Requirements

• Proven sales record with experience in media sales.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.
• Technical expertise and confidence in online, mobile, social media, and computer skills.
• Ability to plan, strategize, sell, execute, and deliver results.
• Well-organized with a deep understanding of prospecting and relationship development.
• Willingness to travel to client and prospect locations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff.

• Experience managing digital and radio sales.
• Experience with online, mobile, and social media advertising.
