About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help the team use Adobe Target more effectively by providing coaching and guidance.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns within Adobe Target.
• Manage and support digital content across content management platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Interpret and support content customization by reading HTML and CSS.
• Conduct accessibility testing and ensure web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) are met.
• Utilize Adobe Suite tools including Real-Time CDP, AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Adobe Target, with a focus on execution.
• Content management experience with platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds.
• Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS for content customization and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience conducting accessibility testing.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools including RTCDP, AEM, Target, and CJA.
