About the Role

A client of TEKsystems is seeking a Marketing Consultant with at least 4 years of experience in Adobe Target, focusing on execution and content management. The role involves guiding clients to use Adobe Target more effectively and executing campaigns within the platform. The position is hybrid, based in Des Moines, IA, and involves digital content expertise across various content management platforms and Adobe tools. Key Responsibilities

Act as a coach and guide to help clients use Adobe Target more effectively.
Execute digital marketing campaigns in Adobe Target.
Manage and support digital content across content management platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Interpret HTML and CSS to support content customization and troubleshooting.
Conduct accessibility testing and ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Utilize Adobe Suite tools including Real-Time CDP, AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with Adobe Target, with a focus on execution.
Content management experience with platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds.
Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS for content customization and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience conducting accessibility testing.
Familiarity with Adobe tools including RTCDP, AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital content execution across multiple content management platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.

Qualifications

Experience in digital content management and execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Target and related Adobe tools.
Technical skills in HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
