About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with segment marketing leads to define campaign objectives and establish baseline briefs.
• Verify sponsorship elements by reviewing sponsorship packets and managing assets in Smart sheets, including logistics, expected ROI, and sponsorship components.
• Request and update invoices in Smartsheet, tagging Sponsorship leads to request vCards.
• Communicate with sponsorship event points of contact and engage with requestors and sales for updates.
• Source sponsorship opportunities in underserved markets.
• Conduct research on tech incubators and inquire about sponsorship potential or available packages.
• Spot-check social media ads for long-term sponsorships.
• Reach out to local sales teams to ensure event logistics are upheld.
• Assist with presentation development related to sponsorships and perform general tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites (1-3 years).
• Project management and workflow skills (1-3 years).
• Ability to be adaptable with strong organizational skills (1-3 years).

Nice to Have

• Project management certification.
• Experience working on multiple projects.
• Experience creating PowerPoint or Google Slide presentations.
• Strong negotiation skills.
