This position is for a Marketing Content Specialist at Phase Technologies, a rapidly growing power electronics manufacturer based in Rapid City, South Dakota. Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing initiatives from content creation to event logistics
Create compelling customer communications and brand-aligned materials
Manage trade shows, training sessions, and customer engagement events
Support sales team, product launches, and daily marketing operations

Requirements

Natural storyteller who can translate technical information into clear, accessible content
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Detail-oriented with big picture thinking
Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR equivalent experience
Some marketing experience desired, but prioritizing creativity, work ethic, and ability to learn
Hands-on approach and willingness to handle tasks from event setup to content creation
Technically curious and eager to learn new tools
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift
Design software experience (Adobe, Figma, Canva, etc.)
Strong background in digital advertising and analytics
