About the Role

At FoodFight, we're shaking up the food scene—one bite (and bold campaign) at a time. We're a scrappy, fast-growing startup redefining how people discover and connect at the intersection of food & sports. If you're obsessed with great brands, clever copy, and TikTok scroll-stopping content, keep reading. We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Content Specialist to join the fight. You'll help craft and execute unique marketing campaigns, grow our online presence, and bring fresh energy to everything from social to email to in-person activations. Think of this as your backstage pass to startup life—hands-on, fast-moving, and full of real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across digital and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.)
  • Research trends, creators, and cultural moments to help shape content and campaign ideas
  • Assist with planning and posting content, including writing captions and helping coordinate visuals
  • Track campaign performance and surface creative ideas to improve results
  • Help manage our content calendar and brainstorm ways to grow our community
  • Jump in on one-off projects—whether that's helping with an event, pulling inspo decks, or testing out a new format

Requirements

  • Die hard about sports, media and entertainment, and an avid consumer of F&B products -- keeping up with the latest news and trends
  • A creative thinker who gets excited about content and brand storytelling
  • A strong communicator with sharp writing skills and a witty, fun tone
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (aka startup land)
  • Highly organized and self-motivated—you get things done without being asked twice
  • Pursuing or have a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (not required, but helpful)

Nice to Have

  • You've created content for a personal or brand TikTok/Instagram
  • You've worked with Canva, Notion, or simple design tools
  • You love food, sports, memes, and slightly chaotic group chats
