About the Role

This is a temporary Project Manager/Coordinator position from mid November to mid February, involving project management and administrative support within a team that uses Workfront as their project management tool. The role focuses on setting up and updating project templates, timelines, and status updates, and coordinating with design, copy, and video teams.

Key Responsibilities

Workfront System Project Management
Set up new templated projects, timelines, and status updates
Conduct project update calls with Design, Copy, and Video teams
Post proofs for freelancers and update freelance projects
Update project schedules and timelines to balance team schedules

Requirements

Previous experience with Workfront or similar project management systems
Ability to quickly onboard and support the team
Administrative skills related to project management
