About the Role
This is a temporary Project Manager/Coordinator position from mid November to mid February, involving approximately 15-20 hours per week. The role focuses on supporting project management activities using the Workfront system, primarily in an administrative capacity to assist with project setup, updates, and communication within a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Workfront System Project Management
- Set up new templated projects, timelines, and status updates
- Conduct project update calls with Design, Copy, and Video teams
- Post proofs for freelancers and update freelance projects
- Update project schedules and timelines to balance team schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
- Ability to quickly onboard and support the team
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
