Marketing Data Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing job board setups, removals, management (including auditing user spreadsheets) and tracking
• Share usage reporting with leaders of internal recruiting teams on a monthly basis, including sharing optimization strategies
• Train teams on how to post jobs, edit postings, set up saved searches, and conduct job posting trainings regularly and as requested
• Coordinate annual trainings with internal recruiting teams to ensure awareness of best practices and share reporting regularly with recruiting team leaders
• Identify and develop methods of further centralizing departmental data
• Identify areas of needed development for company and departmental data, including missing data, inaccuracies, and missed opportunities
• Assist with troubleshooting Broadbean and job board technical issues, escalating to appropriate resources
• Assist in compiling, interpreting, and reporting on annual job boards data for contract renewal processes
• Collaborate with other corporate departments to interpret and combine departmental datasets
• Make data updates to website and other marketing materials
• Assist with moving interdepartmental data into a centralized location
• Collect, interpret, and present data from job boards, vendors, external sources, and internal databases for public-facing reporting
• Research, develop, and propose ways to use internal data to further business goals
• Serve as backup to Marketing team members when needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Management, Business (or similar) or equivalent professional experience
• At least one year of professional experience in a Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills, with demonstrated ability to collect, interpret, and report on data
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, slicers, reporting) and/or Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and multitask
• Ability to think creatively, brainstorm new ideas, and collaborate with a team
• Ability to act independently and recognize issues requiring escalation
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Canva, HubSpot, and Photoshop (strongly desired)
