Marketing / Design Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, labels, and technical data sheets
• Create digital brochures, sales collateral, and presentations
• Design and manage website graphics, landing pages, and digital ads
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print channels
• Maintain visual and tone alignment with brand identity
• Assist in developing email campaigns, social media assets, and promotional materials
• Support distributor and channel partners with custom graphics, flyers, or marketing kits
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate features and benefits into compelling visual content
• Update and manage visual content across company websites
• Optimize visual assets for UX and conversion
• Collaborate on B2B and B2C campaigns from concept to launch
• Use visuals and messaging to help accelerate sales in specific channels
• Identify areas for improvement in marketing execution
• Take initiative to improve or create processes, templates, and efficiencies
• Explore additional marketing functions based on personal skillset and interest (video editing, copywriting, analytics, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, labeling, and digital marketing assets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and best practices
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and sales goals
• Self-starter mindset: curious, resourceful, asks questions and finds answers
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in epoxy coatings, concrete sealers, or related construction materials
• Copywriting or content development experience
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Social media content planning and execution
