About the Role

At Sift, we aim to accelerate the advent of next-generation machines, improving our lives on and off the planet. We're at an inflection point where connected machines will enter nearly everything we do. Sift is building data infrastructure underpinning the engineering, manufacturing, and operation of these machines. Our system is inspired by processes and software built at SpaceX for Dragon, Falcon, Starlink, and Starship. We're a fast-growing startup with engineers and operators from SpaceX, Google, Palantir, and Astra, and backed by the best investors in the sector. We're looking for high-performing team members to lay the marketing foundation to support our GTM efforts at Sift.

Key Responsibilities

Design Sift's external-facing materials: website graphics, landing pages, social posts, diagrams, visuals, slide decks, and more
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling visuals
Build brand cohesion across every touchpoint-from web to sales assets to motion
Design and maintain our visual systems to support scale as the company grows
Own execution and quality across GTM initiatives
Develop new design patterns for how we explain complex ideas and workflows
Create artifacts that help buyers understand the product: visual explainers, conceptual diagrams, product visuals
Stay closely aligned with product and product marketing to ensure our visual language evolves with the product

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a designer role
2+ years of experience designing for technical B2B companies-bonus if in startups or high-growth environments
Strong portfolio showing range across web, brand, marketing, and visual storytelling
Ability to work autonomously and own the end-to-end design process
Comfortable turning ambiguous ideas into concrete visual outputs
Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and design rationale
A deep appreciation for technical audiences—engineers, operators, decision-makers
Figma fluency required; bonus points for motion, Webflow, or frontend familiarity
