About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns for vehicle sales, service, and dealership promotions.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and web content.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing goals with dealership objectives.
• Create content that reflects the brand and engages the local community.
• Track performance data to understand what’s working and identify areas for improvement.
• Help coordinate events and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with vendors and keep marketing projects on track and within budget.

Requirements

• Comfortable with digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• A creative thinker who is also comfortable with numbers and analytics.
• Enjoys working in a team setting but can also take ownership of projects.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing (agency, retail, or automotive preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, retail, or local marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing.
• Content creation experience (social posts, short videos, blogs, etc.)
