The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive local marketing strategy to drive sales growth, deepen guest relationships, and increase brand awareness within the community. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, a heart for service, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement an annual and quarterly marketing plan that aligns with business goals and core values.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and consistent.
  • Build and maintain community partnerships with schools, churches, nonprofits, and local businesses.
  • Organize and execute in-store events, Spirit Nights, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee local PR initiatives and guest appreciation efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to measure and report on marketing ROI and campaign performance.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both in the restaurant and in the community.
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships.
  • Train and lead any marketing team members or brand ambassadors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for community engagement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Alignment with Chick-fil-A's mission and values.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years leadership experience.
  • Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
