About the Role

A high-volume, fast-paced real estate company is seeking a Marketing Director who also brings strong graphic design and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will work alongside our current Marketing Assistant to elevate the company's brand through compelling visuals, strategic marketing campaigns, and day-to-day office support. This role demands someone who is primarily focused and skilled at curating graphic design—someone who can easily convert spoken ideas into highly stylized and competitive images and media campaigns. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's image, both online and offline, while keeping up with a fast-moving environment and supporting our agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage eye-catching, brand-aligned graphics for print and digital use for agent and office.
  • Interpret verbal ideas into polished visuals.
  • Assist in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate timelines, campaigns, and content across multiple platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute content across social platforms.
  • Maintain an engaging and consistent social media presence that reflects the office.
  • Support basic web design tasks and manage content updates through our web developer.
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks and event coordination as needed.
  • Plan and support marketing-related events, open houses, and other company functions.
  • Work closely with leadership, staff, and agents, supporting different work styles.
  • Capture or direct photo and video content for marketing use.

Requirements

  • Graphic Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Experience in social media planning and management.
  • Web design and content management skills, e.g., WordPress.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret verbal ideas into visual content.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and self-direction.
  • Experience in real estate marketing (preferred).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in videography and photography.
  • Understanding of real estate office operations.
  • Event planning experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools and social media management.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
