Marketing Director, Leasing New

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leasing activity and attract prospective tenants for industrial properties.
• Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the industrial real estate sector.
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns and materials, including brochures, leasing emails, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and industry influencers to increase property exposure and facilitate leasing deals.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for leasing activities.
• Organize and execute property tours, open houses, and promotional events.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate, industrial property, or related industry experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative and entrepreneurial mindset, approaching problems with innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, especially in real estate or industrial properties.
