As the E-Service Specialist, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of our organization. The job level and compensation will be commensurate with experience. The role involves supporting customer and agent-facing technologies, researching and recommending new software solutions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the responsibility of the customer and agent-facing technologies that aid in successful user experience.
  • Build internal and external relationships while expanding the Company's technological opportunities.
  • Conduct research and recommend new innovative software solutions and technology.
  • Make decisions in a project environment for the maintenance and enhancement of current systems after gaining experience.
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of understanding of all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the field force, field management, and Farm Bureau companies.
  • Serve as a “go-to” source for information on these entities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Multimedia team on specific projects.
  • Assist the E-Support Team during high-volume production support situations.
  • Collaborate with the product owner, Manager, team members, and main marketing representatives for E-Service projects.
  • Turn business and agent questions into actionable insights/systems that create tangible improvements in marketing and sales activities.
  • Research, identify, develop, and recommend solutions for marketing campaigns, product/sales promotions, E-System issues, and other marketing challenges/opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of E-Service software and programs by measuring program lift and ROI.
  • Develop, document, and present key findings to senior management and other audiences.
  • Administer and maintain low-code platforms, ensuring system integrity and performance.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve marketing technology issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Create vision and define goals for project development, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the value of the products created is maximized.
  • Work with Product Marketing to train the Home Office and agency force on E-Services products and software.
  • Train the E-Services production support team on implemented products.
  • Plan and execute successful delivery of products to production, including communication.
  • Assess and evaluate application functionality and enhancements.
  • Record and document test results for production readiness.
  • Integrate systems/applications in production, confirming results meet requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field (preferred) or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years' e-service or comparable experience.
  • Knowledge and/or interest in new and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Dependability, organization, and effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Must multitask and take direction from multiple project owners.

Nice to Have

  • Insurance or industry-related certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in e-service or comparable roles.
  • Knowledge of or interest in emerging technologies.
  • Industry-related certification (preferred).
