About the Role

The Marketing Executive, Client Marketing at Collinson supports and coordinates client marketing efforts for the Americas to drive awareness and growth of current accounts and new products. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager B2B in Miami, Florida, this role involves working closely with regional and global teams to develop regional content, localize campaigns, and strengthen client relationships within the travel and financial services industries. Collinson is a global leader in loyalty and engagement, with a focus on innovation, customer experience, and social responsibility, serving over 800 clients across 170 countries with a diverse and talented team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Commercial Team to build relationships with key clients, payment networks, issuers, and new clients to strengthen the business ecosystem.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Collinson's offerings and B2B target segments.
  • Use insights to shape compelling messaging and calls to action that enhance brand awareness and client preference.
  • Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to develop regional content and localize global campaigns to educate and increase client engagement, driving portfolio growth.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to create and execute multichannel marketing communications, including sales decks, collateral materials, and toolkits.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to strengthen current accounts and expand the portfolio of products and services.
  • Understand market trends and the competitive landscape in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Perú to develop internal recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B environments within the travel or financial services industries.
  • Creativity, passion, and a strong desire to learn about the industry and company.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and account-based marketing (ABM) programs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital media and performance campaigns is a plus.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or understanding of cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Fluent, bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
