Marketing Generalist Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing content marketing assets and libraries
• Assisting with social media reporting and generating insights
• Supporting digital ad campaigns through management and reporting
• Conducting SEO research to improve online visibility
• Playing a role in project management and task coordination
• Assisting with research and analysis of marketing trends and opportunities
• Contributing to Salesforce database updates and organization support
• Participating in the creation, editing, and management of training and marketing content, including videos and other media
• Actively contributing during team meetings and discussions

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; ideally pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Must reside in the United States
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute across multiple marketing functions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
• Demonstrated reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines
• A collaborative spirit combined with a positive attitude and humility

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with digital tools like social media platforms, project management software, and CRM systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
