Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and compile data from a variety of marketing platforms (paid media, email, social, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
  • Maintain, update, and enhance performance dashboards for KPI and campaign reporting.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc analysis, delivering clear performance summaries and actionable insights.
  • Assist in A/B test design, tracking, and analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to competitive benchmarking and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment.
  • Coordinate and organize marketing materials, reports, and communications.
  • Identify trends and patterns in marketing and customer data to inform strategy and planning.
  • Partner with the Marketing Intelligence Manager to design and develop data-driven marketing initiatives that better meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field-or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and marketing/analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM tools).
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other querying languages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Background in A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
