About the Role

Agilent is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Marketing Programs Intern to join our team. This 11-month internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations within a life science company. The intern will support commercial marketing programs, campaigns, and tactics as part of the America's Commercial Marketing team, collaborating with team members globally and gaining knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure, and organization. The role involves communication, project management, and problem solving, with opportunities for market research and training. The position is based in Wilmington, Delaware, with a hybrid work model, and offers training and development opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Learn about life science marketing programs.
Assist with marketing campaign development.
Help gather analytics and perform market research.
Communicate marketing campaigns and assist in deployment to customers.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, with a focus on Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Completed Sophomore year in a 4-year degree program.
Candidates must be detail-oriented.
Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept planning and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and ability to generate ideas and problem-solve.
Driven to achieve a successful experience for our customers.

Nice to Have

Experience or familiarity with marketing operations or campaigns.
Knowledge of life sciences or related industries.
Previous internship or work experience in a professional setting.

Qualifications
