About the Role

Agilent is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Marketing Programs Intern to join our team. This 11-month internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations within a life science company. The intern will support commercial marketing programs, campaigns, and tactics as part of the America's Commercial Marketing team, collaborating with global colleagues and gaining knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure, and organization. The role involves communication, project management, and problem solving in a dynamic environment, with a focus on learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Learn about life science marketing programs.
Assist with marketing campaign development.
Help gather analytics and perform market research.
Communicate marketing campaigns and assist in deployment to customers.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, with a focus on Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Completed Sophomore year in a 4-year degree program.
Candidates must be detail-oriented.
Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept planning and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and ability to generate ideas and problem-solve.
Driven to achieve a successful experience for customers.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Interest in life sciences or marketing within scientific industries.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
Completed at least sophomore year of a 4-year degree program.
