Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize data-driven strategy and programs to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to define marketing plans
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment
  • Deliver research and analysis to drive marketing strategies
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns, including supporting creation of strategy, messaging, aligning internal teams and project managing execution
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of previous campaigns and tactics
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing towards goals to stakeholders
  • Partner with Campaign Managers, Field Marketers, Strategic Sales and BDRs to build strategic marketing motions
  • Work closely with marketing operations to support high-performance marketing tools and integrations

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B and/or B2B technology
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
  • Team player capable of working both collaboratively and autonomously within the Digital Team
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams
  • Proactive self-starter with high initiative and critical thinking
  • Ability to think strategically with exceptional attention to detail in execution
  • Experience using marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Experience working within CRM & Sales software (Salesforce)
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting
  • Knowledge of intent solutions such as Demandbase is advantageous

  • Experience using technology such as intent solutions (e.g., Demandbase)
  • Support the ongoing development of Ideal Customer Profiles
