Job Description

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will manage and coordinate internal marketing research and market claims testing and data analysis. They will create and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets based on collection and validation of customer and field insights, execute marketing plans including tracking promotions, and lead efforts to drive sales activation and increase product sales within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate internal marketing research and market claims testing and data analysis.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets based on collection and validation of customer and field insights.
  • Execute marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met.
  • Determine and execute effective product portfolio and P&L management through forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and innovation performance tracking.
  • Lead efforts to effectively drive sales activation and increase product sales within portfolio.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field or foreign equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of experience in product development and developing marketing strategy and sales growth tactics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining product marketing strategy and leading cross-functional activities to align company activities with greatest business opportunity.
  • Experience in initiating and conducting Voice of Customers and Voice of Business methods by developing and using survey methods (interviews, qualitative surveys, quantitative surveys) to explore innovation opportunities and pricing models, and validate innovation concepts.
  • Experience in developing business cases for new innovation, including building market sizing models to quantify market size and addressable market opportunity.
  • Experience in facilitating development and testing of value propositions and collecting competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to develop and present complex business strategies to organizational leaders to drive alignment and secure resources for major initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field or foreign equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of experience in product development and marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing strategy and cross-functional leadership.
