About the Role

Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join one of the fastest growing Medical Device companies, whose mission is to make a difference in people's lives. Coloplast builds everyday use innovative solutions for people with Spinal Cord Injury and Spina Bifida, dealing with continence and incontinence problems and ostomates. The role involves leading the portfolio strategy for the Continence Care portfolio, supporting key product brands, and collaborating across the organization to implement marketing plans and support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Driving the development of a clear and actionable strategy for the Continence Care portfolio, creating and implementing marketing programs based on market insights to grow the US business.
Maintaining a solid understanding of the market by monitoring competitive market, pricing, and reimbursement information, and identifying trends or changes that impact the business.
Proactively managing downstream portfolio needs in support of US marketing strategies and providing market assessments including sales expectations for upstream products to Global Marketing.
Developing product promotional materials to support product launches, campaigns, education, and commercialization, including packaging and labeling.
Developing, supporting, and providing sales training and materials for internal and external sales teams to support growth initiatives.
Forecasting and managing inventory levels.
Conducting business in accordance with high ethical and professional standards, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BS/BA in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience.
Highly analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative data.
Ability to travel internationally and domestically.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Comfort with a broad spectrum of tasks across strategic and tactical areas.
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction.
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree in Business or Marketing.

Qualifications

Educational background in Business or Marketing (BS/BA), MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience.
