Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of product marketing campaigns from end-to-end across a wide range of products and business objectives, including major launches and tactical promotions.
  • Coordinate with newsroom, digital product team, and other partners to ensure the best of the product reaches the right audiences.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to improve integrated campaign performance using data and feedback.
  • Work closely with in-house and agency creative teams to ensure on-brief, on-schedule delivery of campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing channel owners and customer insights team to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage the product marketing testing roadmap.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders across Bloomberg, especially with product and newsroom teams.
  • Advocate for creative excellence and brand consistency across all campaigns.
  • Use data and feedback to recommend improvements for campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, either in-house or in an agency, within the media industry or digital subscription sector.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns for different objectives, from upper to lower funnel, and for various products.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with project management tools is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find insights within reporting and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to brief data teams for reporting and conduct analysis oneself, requiring experience with MS Excel and GA4 or other digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for news and media.
