The role involves owning lifecycle communications for the jobs product to help families find and hire caregivers, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving personalized messaging to enhance user experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle strategy for families with a care need, guiding them through consideration, evaluation, and hiring phases.
  • Identify customer pain points, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Design iterative experimentation plans to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness continuously.
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Maintain and curate recurring reporting and dashboards that help the business understand performance to goal.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience, with end-to-end campaign management skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Ability to lead with influence through proactive communication and strategic planning.
  • Experience working in an agile, test-and-learn environment, with curiosity and adaptability to new marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
  • Experience with marketing automation software, bonus if with Iterable.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within marketing automation software (bonus if you have Iterable experience).
