Key Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle strategy for families with a care need, taking them through the job phase of consideration, evaluation, and hiring.
  • Identify customer pain points, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Design iterative experimentation plans to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness continuously.
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Maintain and curate recurring reporting and dashboards that help the business understand performance to goal.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing experience, and end-to-end campaign management - from conception to execution and everything in between.
  • A dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader macro view of business objectives, but skilled at running detailed projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to lead with influence by proactively communicating ideas and plans for implementation.
  • Thrives in an agile, test-and-learn environment, curious by nature, and able to advocate for and adopt new marketing solutions as needed.
  • Strong project management background; experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
  • Experience working within marketing automation software (bonus if you have Iterable experience).
  • BA/BS required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Iterable.
