About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Play a leadership role in building, aligning, and executing marketing campaigns and tactics for designated lines of business and/or assigned projects.
• Assist in de novo and branch closing marketing activities, business development efforts, and market disruption initiatives.
• Execute complex marketing projects, working directly with internal sales, data, digital, and corporate communications teams.
• Act as a resource for colleagues and business partners on best practices and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Seek opportunities to apply innovative approaches to reach audiences and implement tactical plans.
• Develop and monitor metrics for continuous improvement of marketing programs.
• Manage budgets for assigned projects, ensuring all approvals and deadlines are met.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and ensure brand guidelines and style are followed.
• Represent the marketing department on designated project management teams.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using a personal computer and job-related software.
