About the Role

The role focuses on creating product and brand demand by understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. It involves creating systems, processes, and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and service. The position includes leading marketing operations category projects, managing budgets and timelines, leveraging metrics to assess ROI, and driving efficient processes for marketplace asset creation and management. The role requires close collaboration with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies that support retail stores and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans and journeys for retail stores, from ideation to execution, including writing detailed briefs, managing feedback, coordinating releases across geographies, and conducting post-launch analysis.
  • Develop marketing strategies and principles across retail formats, including brand filters, zoning priorities, and visual standards, collaborating with internal teams to establish 365 marketing components.
  • Oversee strategies and training tools for product presentation and visual merchandising standards to drive customer engagement and promote key product strategies.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of in-store signage aligned with promotions, product hierarchy, CRM, and operational needs to enhance the store experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to build marketing strategies that attract new consumers, engage existing customers, and encourage repeat visits, leveraging consumer insights for detailed implementation strategies.
  • Conduct market visits as needed to evaluate the execution of marketing initiatives, gather competitive insights, and provide actionable feedback for future planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and executing retail marketing strategies from concept to implementation.
  • Strong ability to craft detailed briefs, manage feedback, and coordinate across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge of visual standards, product presentation, and in-store signage management.
